Manor Cottage, just across the cobbled courtyard from the farmhouse, is a 17th century Grade II listed Cornish Long house with private walled garden to the rear formed from earlier ruins listed in the Doomsday Book 

Historic features, including a floodlit underfloor well, are mixed with touches of eclectic lighting and design.  Kitchen, laundry facilities and linen are supplied.  A fire is lit for a warm arrival backup heating provided by green tariff night storage 

(NB there will occasionally be some light 'Countryside Stewardship' restoration work carried out to the medieval garden wall behind the cottage during 2010)
