For trained therapists who are looking to refresh skills or return to work after a break. Themes we will be covering include: protecting your body whilst offering deep tissue massage, new techniques for the back, neck and shoulders, building confidence. There will be a chance to both give and receive massage.
Costs £95pp all resources needed supplied including set of notes to take away, tea/coffee and healthy snacks, please bring a packed lunch.

Family Head Massage Workshop with Tia Tamblyn
This candle-lit head massage workshop offers you the chance to learn, share and receive a simple Indian Head Massage routine with your child in a calm and welcoming space, learning skills that you can then take home and share within the family. Suitable for children age 5+ of primary school age.
Costs £12pp (£24 for parent/carer-and child pair), includes hot cocoa and a set of notes to take away.
