Rooted Sense of Self: Mini Retreat | 10:00 – 12:00 
This gentle, seasonally inspired mini retreat at beautiful Botelet is an invitation to pause and reconnect with your rooted sense of self. Just as spring reminds us that every bloom begins beneath the surface, the morning workshop offers space to tend to the inner soil from which confidence, clarity and calm can grow.

Through meditation and guided self-reflection, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your inner sanctuary. A warm, welcoming space to slow down, receive, and realign with your authentic self.

Weaving Community Roots: Workshop | 12:30 – 14:30
In nature, tree roots quietly weave together beneath the surface, supporting one another as they grow and bloom. The afternoon workshop explores that same spirit of connection through a relaxed, community building reflection.

Together we’ll create a supportive space to connect, share and feel part of something rooted. Whether you’re a local looking to develop your own community roots or an entrepreneur hoping to nurture and develop your own community (on or off line), this workshop offers a gentle space to focus on community grow and a sense of belonging.
Contribution: £25

You are very welcome to book both session, and to bring a packed lunch to enjoy it in the magical surrounding of Botelet farm during the break between the two.
